12月6日，华能贵诚信托诚挚接待了来自澳大利亚阿德莱德大学的师生代表团。他们从澳大利亚远道而来，穿梭山脉和海洋，跨越洲际与时区，探寻中国企业的发展密码。这是第三次华能信托接待阿德莱德大学的学生，也是继2018年第二次澳洲本土学生参访公司。

On December 6th, Huaneng Guicheng Trust warmly received a delegation of students and faculty representatives from the University of Adelaide. They traveled a long distance from Australia, crossing mountains and oceans, and spanning time zones and continents to explore the secrets of Chinese enterprise development. This is the third time that Huaneng Trust has hosted students from the University of Adelaide, and it is also the second time Australian domestic students have visited the company since 2018.

阿德莱德大学是澳洲顶尖的学术研究型大学之一，也是澳大利亚历史上最古老的第三所大学，本次到访公司交流的同学们均经过层层选拔，获得澳洲国家奖学金，不远万里赶赴中国参与活动。本次活动中，同学们与公司业务条线、人力条线员工深入交流，并和同为在校大学生的公司实习生热情交流，探讨未来成长发展轨迹。

The University of Adelaide is one of Australia's top academic research universities and is also the third oldest university in Australian history. The students for this visit delegation all received Australian national scholarships. During the visit, the students had in-depth discussions with the company's employees and also engaged in enthusiastic conversations with company interns, exploring future career development.

参访第一环节，公司总经理助理兼人力资源总监赵刚用数字化身带来致辞，表达对来访师生的欢迎。随后，通过公司宣传片以及人力资源部张思琦（实习）的全英文介绍，来访师生对公司有了全面的了解，特别是在公司实地参观环节，当队伍来到姓名墙、普惠金融展示屏、员工区、会议室、电话亭、咖啡吧、健身房等办公布设时，到访学生无不发出感叹，称赞中国金融企业的文化建设及人文关怀。

During the first part of the visit, Mr. Zhao Gang, Assistant to the CEO and Director of Human Resources of the company, delivered a speech using a digital character to welcome the visiting students and teachers. Following that, through the company's promotional video and a comprehensive English introduction by Sage Zhang from the Human Resources Department, the visiting students and teachers gained a thorough understanding of the company, especially during the on-site tour. When the group arrived at the name wall, inclusive finance digital screen, the working area, meeting rooms, telephone booth, coffee bar, and gym, the visiting students couldn't help but express their admiration and praise for the cultural development and human care of Chinese financial enterprises.

在交流中，集团业务一部杜戴维，根据公司业务发展和营收情况，为到访同学介绍了公司的业务布局和近几年发展方向，此外，杜戴维还根据自身岗位，为同学们详细介绍了作为公司业务团队的一员，如何在公司开展一天的工作安排。

During the discussion and introduction session, David Du from our business department provided the visiting students with insights into the company's business layout and recent bussiness directions. Furthermore, David also provided a detailed introduction to students on how to carry out a day's work arrangement as a trust manager of the company's business team based on his own position.

来访同学在听过公司介绍后，纷纷表现出对公司业务和跨文化交流极高的兴趣。在Q&A环节，主讲人就同学们提出的各方面问题一一作出解答。

After listening to the company introduction, students from the University of Adelaide showed a high interest in the company's business and other modules. In the Q&A stage, David and Sage answered various questions raised by the students one by one.

后续，公司在岗的优秀实习生来到阿德莱德大学同学们中间，与同学们进行热烈的自由讨论。他们以积极的态度、开放的心态、专业的知识、流利的口语与到访学生进行多方面交流，展现出极高的华能贵诚品质。

In the final stage of the visit, we invited interns from various departments of the company to the conference room and sit among the students at the University of Adelaide for a lively and free discussion. The company's interns communicate with visiting students in various aspects with a positive attitude, an open mindset, professional knowledge, and fluent spoken language, demonstrating a high level of intern quality at Huaneng Trust.
